⚙ General Changes

• ⚙ Riptide now goes much higher and much further.
• ⚙ Riptide and Pierce the Veil can now cancel into special moves.
• ⚙ Low Attacks can now longer be air-blocked.
• ⚙ Reworked Parry mechanic to be active instead of something you can just hold.
• ⚙ Old parry system has been replaced with Finesse.
• ⚙ Characters other than Nightshade no longer regenerate Stamina over time.
• ⚙ Added 30 frame cooldown after failed Finesse.
